Anneli is CTO at Dreamknit. She leads the technology behind the design tool: the site you design on, the engine that turns your design choices into a pattern, and the checks that make sure it comes out the same way every time.
Anneli knew Dreamknit as a knitter long before she worked here. She made her first Dreamknit sweater in 2021, back when Ingrid and Marte still entered the design choices by hand. In 2024 she joined the team.
Before that, she took a bachelor's in digital infrastructure and cyber security and a master's in informatics at NTNU, and spent two years building Equinor's developer platform, the tools other developers rely on to ship software safely.
Anneli made her first sweater in arts and crafts class in middle school and hasn't stopped since. Away from the keyboard, she plays clarinet in Musikkforeningen Nidarholm, the Trondheim wind band she has won two European championships with.
